Would you like to visit the oldest museum in the Netherlands for free? Now’s your chance! From 19 to 22 December 2024, a special ArTuk-Tuk will take you to the Prince William V Gallery from the Mauritshuis.
Built in 1774 by William V, Prince of Orange-Nassau, the Gallery is the place where the Mauritshuis collection was first established. Here, you can admire paintings presented in true 18th-century style, from floor to ceiling. An incredible sight you won’t want to miss! Our tour guides will be happy to answer all your questions and tell you more about the history and art of this unique location. For example, did you know that The Bull, by Paulus Potter, used to hang here?
