Good to know
The International Friends of the Mauritshuis are delighted to invite you to the Brasserie for a fabulous evening lecture about the entrancing paintings of Roelant Savery, who is currently taking centre stage in our museum’s special exhibition.
The lecture will be presented by curator Ariane van Suchtelen, who has been instrumental in bringing together over 40 paintings and drawings from museums throughout the Netherlands and abroad, including several private collections. She will introduce us to this exceptionally versatile artist, a true pioneer in many fields, who painted landscapes, animal paintings and equally stunning floral still lifes.
Ariana will be available to answer your questions following the lecture. Prosecco, wine, soft drinks and nibbles will be served.
