Inclusiveness and Accessibility

Museumnacht Gevel

Everyone is welcome at the Mauritshuis and Prince William V Gallery, regardless of whether you come alone or in a group, on foot or in a wheelchair. Our experienced team is always ready to assist you.

We, at the Mauritshuis, are committed to paying structural attention to diversity and inclusion in the coming years.

Diversity and Inclusion Statement

Because we consider the subject of Diversity and Inclusion so important, we have drawn up the following statement:

'As a museum, we embrace inclusiveness. The Mauritshuis is always open to dialogue about the collection, and to share the stories about it with the increasingly diverse society that we form part of. To that end, we are actively diversifying our own organisation and network. This is fundamental for the future of the Mauritshuis.'

The Diversity and Inclusion policy plan outlines how we intend to work towards an inclusive and diverse museum. Obviously, we will always continue to refine our human work objectives. This explains why we are always open to insights from others. Please feel free to share your ideas with us! Simply call us at 070-302 3456 or send an email to mail@mauritshuis.nl. We look forward to hearing from you!
