The Mauritshuis belongs to us all, and is there for us all. A museum full of stories that we have been passing on for centuries. Your support will enable us to ensure that everyone who wants to visit the museum is able to do so.

Customised

Every child and adult should be able to visit and experience our museum on an equal footing. Over the next few years we intend to devote even more effort to this endeavour, with special tours for visually- and hearing-impaired people, for example, and low-stimulus visits for people with dementia. Extra support will allow us to develop more customised programmes for even more people.

An inclusive museum sector

The Mauritshuis plans to launch accessible projects that allow young people to get to know a whole range of museum jobs, from marketing to security and from education to fundraising, opening our doors to all schoolkids and students.

Every child to the museum

The majority of kids in The Hague rarely or never visit a museum. We dream of welcoming them all to the Mauritshuis. Will you help us?
